Pool Info

** The pool is opening Friday, May 26, 2023!! **

The Silver Creek pool will provide hours of fun and relaxation this summer.  For those who like to lounge around the pool and enjoy the sun or for those with a more playful attitude who like to splash and play games the Silver Creek pool opens around Memorial Day and will stay open through Labor Day.  Please remember, children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.  Residents that are 14 years of age and older may swim without supervision but do so at their own risk - there is no lifeguard on duty! 

Please help keep the pool area clean and enjoyable for all residents.

Pool Hours:

Monday                       Noon to 9:00 pm (delayed opening due to weekly cleaning)

Tuesday-Thursday       9:00 am to 9:00 pm

Friday-Saturday          9:00 am to 10:00 pm

Sundays                      9:00 am to 9:00 pm

* May have down times to maintain the appropriate chemical balance.

Key Cards

Key cards which will open the gate to the pool will be given to all residents who:

• Are current on all dues and fees
• Have read and understand the pool rules 
• Signed a Liability Waiver (see below) and returned to the Board at [email protected]

  Once the waiver has been turned in to the board, you should get a card within 72 hours. 

  One card per household. Replacement cards are available for a $50.00 fee. The card being replaced will be deactivated.

  Pool Parties

  Homeowners are allowed to have birthday parties or other get togethers, which is defined as more than four guests.  The Board ask that you notify us so that we may decrease the chance of overcrowding and a confirmation will be returned within 48 hours.  Your event will then be posted on the Pool Calendar  to notify the other homeowners.  The Board requests that all parties be supervised by an adult, be conducted in a family-friendly fashion, and adhere to all pool rules.  It is expected that you clean up after your event and leave the pool in the same or better condition than when you began your party.  Tables are available for use if needed.  Please send all requests to the Board through the Contact Us page with details.

  At this time, the pool cannot be closed for a reservation.  The pool shall stay open to all homeowners during a party.
